With a roaring wood fire oven set in the middle of the restaurant, Dr. Field Goods offers a lively atmosphere where friends and family come together over a meal or a drink at the bar while taking part in the action and entertainment of our open kitchen concept.
Our butcher shop delivers the highest quality, local beef, pork, lamb, goat, and poultry from small New Mexico ranches. We hand butcher whole animals to offer unique cuts of meat and to eliminate any food waste. We dry age our steaks and house-smoked bacon for up to 30 days for the ultimate indulgence in flavor. Our house made sausages and cured meats simply cannot be beat. We created this butcher shop to rock the entire block.
