As a chef, Eduardo Rodriguez has been dreaming of a restaurant for many years. The name Zacatlán originates from the town where Eduardo was born, Zacatecas, the north-central part of Mexico. Zacatlán is defined as “the habitants of the land where grass grows” and where our idea began. Zacatlán continues to preserve the traditions for upcoming generations, while bringing forth new flavors with Southwestern and Mexican influences. We are located near the Santa Fe Plaza, off of Guadalupe Street. We want to unveil a new fusion of food for everyone in Santa Fe, and those who visit. Our dream has come to fruition with the help of our family and friends!
